Mr. Anand Kripalu has more than three decades of industry experience in the fast-moving consumer goods industry. He currently serves as the Executive Director of EPL Limited, prior to which he was the Managing Director and Global CEO till December 31, 2025. Before this, he held prominent executive roles such as MD and CEO of Diageo India, President of India and South-East Asia at Mondelez International (Cadbury) and has spent more than 20 years at Unilever in various general management, sales and marketing roles.

Mr. Kripalu has received the Distinguished Alumnus Award from both IIM and IIT. Due to his contribution to the industry, Mr. Kripalu also received the “Lifetime Achievement Award” at the 8th edition of the Indian Marketing Awards by exchange4media.
